For those projects where there can be no compromise on measured accuracy, Topcon introduces the high precision MS AX Measuring Station range. Whether the measurement task involves monitoring prisms on a damn wall, alignment observations through a tunnel or high accuracy infrastructure structural layout, the MS1AX or MS05AX are the perfect tools for the job.

With the MS05AX offering an industry leading combination of angular (0.5"), ISO17123-3 defined auto-collimation (1") and distance (0.5mm + 1ppm to reflective tape) accuracies, and the MS1AX offering a reflectorless accuracy of 1mm and a range of between 0.5m to 400m using REDTech-Ex EDM technology with a 33% faster turning speed, no task is too difficult.

Featuring the revolutionary Matrix Detection and Rapid 2D Monitoring technologies, the MS AX can make the establishment of large number targets on a monitoring or tunneling work site a rapid and simple task and eliminates user error completely.

Running Windows CE 5.0, the MS series total stations are available with standard positioning software tools as well as Mesh Survey and now TopSURV Onboard. With TopSURV installed, surveyors and engineers can carry out all of the day to day jobs using the familiar Windows CE based software solution.
